Welcome to the Prosecutor’s Office Management Association (“POMA”) of the State of New Jersey’s Website!
As the newly elected President of the POMA Organization (Prosecutor’s Office Management Association of the State of New Jersey) I would like to welcome everyone to our website.
The mission of the POMA organization is to provide and demonstrate leadership in office management throughout the 21 County Prosecutor’s Offices of the State of New Jersey and the Division of Criminal Justice within the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office. POMA conducts regularly scheduled meetings along with educational programs offering high quality professional training, not only for POMA members, but for all employees of the Prosecutors’ Offices.
Our great organization was formed on November 16, 1979, and continues to grow and implement the latest technology to the benefit of our members. The group is comprised of Office Administrators, Office Managers, Support Staff Managers, Assistant Prosecutors, Sworn Personnel and other upper level administrative employees.
By means of networking and information sharing and support we are able to work together to help improve office procedures through training, seminars, exchange of ideas which keeps POMA members apprised of the latest technology and laws.
It is with the hard work and dedication of all our members that we will ensure that the Prosecutor’s Office Management Association of the State of New Jersey will continue to be recognized as a center of excellence in establishing and promoting high standards for management within a law enforcement agency.
I would like to thank all the members for their confidence and support in electing me President and look forward to serving the POMA organization to the best of my ability, which could not be accomplished without the invaluable assistance of all POMA members!
